By completing your registration or purchase, you agree to the following terms:
Payments & Cancellations
- All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- If you need to cancel a class, camp, or event, we require at least 14 days’ notice for a studio credit (valid for future programs).
- For camps/semesters/events a $25 administration fee will be assessed to issued as a studio credit.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Missed Classes & Makeups
- We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes.
- Make-up classes are not guaranteed but may be accommodated based on availability.
Camp & Workshop Policies
- Campers must be fully potty-trained (for drop-off programs).
- We do not allow candy or sugary drinks in packed snacks/ lunches for camp.
Studio Etiquette & Safety
- We foster a kind, inclusive, and creative spaceβrespect for fellow artists and instructors is expected.
- Essem is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Private Events & Party Policies
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
- Final guest count & balance are due one week before the event, unless procurement or a custom-designed project is involved.
- Studio setup/cleanup time is included in the booking. Additional time may be available at an extra cost.
Liability & Media Release
- By participating, you acknowledge that Essem Art Studio is not liable for injuries or accidents during classes, camps, or events.
- We may take photos/videos of sessions for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the class/event.
